A convenient way to enjoy cooking with eggs, without the mess of eggshells. Deb El sugared yolks are perfect to make sweet confections and sauces. Make hollandaise sauce or cookies by using frozen sugared egg yolks. Once defrosted, they're ready to use right out of the container and have been pasteurized to prevent salmonella.
