Shipping Schedule

All orders placed online will be delivered within 24 hours. Should you wish to collect your order, be sure to check the pick-up option. You’ll receive the location map by email.

All deliveries within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain are free of charge with a minimum order of AED 300.00.. All orders below AED 300.00 will be charged with a delivery fee of AED 35.00.

Same Day Delivery

Same-Day Delivery and SUNDAY DELIVERY is available only in DUBAI. For Sunday deliveries, order before 3:00PM Saturday. All other emirates will be scheduled for next-day delivery or as specified on the order.

As soon as your order is confirmed through our online payment gateway, Aramtec will contact you by email to confirm your order, exact location, and delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels an order after confirming and paying through our online payment gateway, Aramtec will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total bill.

Substitution Policy

In the event that the confirmed ordered item/product is not available (which is not likely to happen), Aramtec will contact the customer and suggest a substitute or credit an equal amount to the customer.
