It is the policy of Aramtec to ensure that all products are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that all precaution is taken to deliver the highest quality products.
By signing our receipt upon delivery, the customer confirms that the products delivered are exactly what was ordered and are in perfect condition.
Items that are delivered to our customers can be exchanged or replaced within 24 hours from delivery date. Any issue should be emailed to us and include photos.
Refunds are on a case to case basis and are at the discretion of the manager on duty. A refund is based on the products being returned to us in the same condition they were delivered as well as in the same state, frozen or chilled; with tags & original packaging in place.
Refunds will take up to 14 days to process and will be done on the original mode of payment used.
