Small flakes with a fine caramel flavour, originating from traditional crepe dentelle wafer biscuits. Ideal for adding a crunchy bite to your pralinés and giandujas, or mixed with tempered chocolate for a crispy touch in pralines, pastries and desserts. They stay crunchy when combined with chocolate and nut pastes. We recommend not mixing them into cream, dairy or other liquids, as the flakes may soften. Also perfect as a decoration on ready-to-serve ice cream and many other desserts.
