A ready-to-use, thick and smooth white sugar paste that melts in the mouth, made from very fine crystallized saccharose and glucose syrup. This versatile fondant has a supreme white colour and keeps its shine perfectly after application. It dries quickly yet stays soft inside for a long time, and mixes easily with colour and flavour additives. Perfect as icing for cakes, cream buns, petits fours, frangipane and butter or genoese pastries, and an ideal base for chocolate fillings and confectionery. It can also be combined with butter to make buttercream for fillings and various buttercream cakes.
