Our Pastry & Bakery team were at the Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition representing Hans Brunner GmbH November 7-9 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
At our stand, Chef Walid, a celebrated chocolatier created beautiful festive chocolates using Brunner’s moulds and their advanced German technology. Brunner is the market leader in the field of industrial moulds for chocolate. For years they've continued to develop individual and high-precision chocolate moulds of the highest quality.
Brunner spinning moulds are used on spinning machines. The mould consists of 2 halves which are held together by magnets. Millions of hollow figurines are produced efficiently with them.
